You video shoot
The Tones have been busy shooting their first video for You! Yes, it’s all about you, you, you and you.
After a lengthy discussion about which establishment serves the best Guinness, obviously an important factor in deciding the location for the shoot, the band chose to film the video where they feel most comfortable in their natural environment, the pub. After getting over the initial shock of having to get out of bed before midday, the Tones arrived bleary eyed at 7am (yes 7am) on the day of the shoot. The scene was set with half of Catherine’s living room and the camera mounted on Jim’s brother’s unicycle, who needs a dolly and expensive props eh? In fact the whole video took one day to film and cost approximately £25, minus expenses (roast dinners and Guinness). This was due in no small part to our generous, talented and exceptionally good looking friends who donated their time and expertise free of charge. The band would like to express their gratitude and offer sincere thanks to Curt Iggulden, Emily Knight and Andy Walton who is busy editing the final cut, so watch this space…………
